This full-time position as a Smed/Reparatør (Welder/Repair Technician) at IBF Ikast requires strong practical skills in metalworking and machinery maintenance within a production environment. Candidates should be either trained or self-taught welders, agricultural or construction machinery mechanics, demonstrating proficiency in welding techniques including MAG welding, electrode welding, and oxy-fuel (oxygen and gas) welding. The role involves building formwork equipment in the workshop and maintaining and repairing production machines and equipment on the factory floor, requiring the ability to work independently without detailed drawings and to develop practical solutions. Experience in machine repair and upkeep is essential. A valid driver's license (category B) and the ability to read, speak, and understand Danish are mandatory.
