- Opstart: 1. marts 2026 eller snarest muligt

- Tværfaglige teams med social- og sundhedshjælpere, assistenter, sygeplejersker, terapeuter og visitatorer
- Fælles kerneopgave: Samarbejde med borgeren om et meningsfuldt og værdigt liv gennem tillid, faglighed og selvbestemmelse
Dine opgaver og ansvar
- Arbejde med ældrepleje og helhedspleje
- Arbejde rehabiliterende og se borgerens ressourcer
- Håndtere varierende opgaver og ansvar
- Bidrage aktivt til kollegialt og tværfagligt samarbejde
- Møde borgere og kollegaer med respekt, engagement og faglighed

Ansættelsesforhold
- 37 timer pr. uge i dag- og aftenvagt (mulighed for færre timer)
- Weekendvagt hver 2. eller 3. weekend efter eget ønske
- Løn- og ansættelsesforhold efter gældende overenskomst
