This position requires a social professional with a bachelor's level education in social work, pedagogy, or a related field, and mid-level experience working with adult clients struggling with substance abuse and often dual diagnoses. The role involves supporting residents in a residential and treatment facility operating under specific sections of the Danish Social Services Act (§85, 101, 107, 108, 110). Key responsibilities include accompanying residents, planning and facilitating activities both inside and outside the facility, and assisting with daily living tasks such as shopping, exercise, cooking, and other ADL (activities of daily living) functions. The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to set boundaries and serve as a positive role model. Flexibility is essential due to varied working hours covering days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, though night shifts are excluded. Fluency in Danish is required for effective communication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and experienced in collaborating with vulnerable populations, ensuring compliance with relevant social service regulations while fostering a supportive environment.
