This role is for social educators (socialpædagoger) at a residential facility catering to adults over 18 with developmental disabilities, part of Frederikssund Municipality's Handicap & Botilbud services. Candidates should be experienced in working with vulnerable adults, emphasizing approaches that promote self-determination, rehabilitation, and health promotion. Key pedagogical methodologies include neuropedagogical strategies, structured pedagogical approaches, the appreciative approach, and Low Arousal techniques. Familiarity with the SMART model and VUM 2.0 for goal setting and evaluation is essential. The position requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, systematic documentation, and active participation in team meetings and reflective practices to ensure continuity and professional development. Candidates should value visible leadership and be open to ongoing competence development, including supervision, thematic days, and neuro-scientifically informed training facilitated by CERVELLO.
