Solution Specialist (Nordic & English-speaking) – Hybrid – Cloud Solutions – Málaga, Spain

Role Summary

Join a global leader in technology and services, supporting renowned brands across 70+ countries. As a Nordic-speaking Solution Specialist, you will be part of an international team shaping the future of cloud solutions. This hybrid role is based in Málaga, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop customer relationships; maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Provide technical product insights tailored to customer needs
• Contribute innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud
• Validate implementation requirements and pricing calculations
• Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations over Teams
• Act as a key technical contact for SMB customers in collaboration with the sales team
• Conduct group and one-on-one trainings in your area of expertise
• Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing (Microsoft and competitors)

Requirements

• Very good level of a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)
• Advanced level of English
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
• Microsoft Fundamentals certification (required); L200 certification preferred
• Broad knowledge of productivity and communications solutions
• Understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions
• Experience with cloud deployments, migrations, and adoption planning
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in technical sales or presales environments
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering (Bachelor or Master)
