Role Summary
- Join Intree, a start-up building a healthier social media platform
- Focus on sales to hospitality businesses (restaurants, hotels, bars) in Copenhagen and beyond
- Help shape sales processes and materials in an early-stage company
- Full-time, based in Copenhagen office
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with a junior account executive
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with hospitality clients in Copenhagen
- Co-create sales processes, playbooks, and collateral with the CEO
- Manage a CRM pipeline with accuracy and transparency
- Mentor and collaborate with the junior account executive
- Build strong relationships with early adopter clients and ensure smooth onboarding
- Refine pricing and partnership strategy
Potential Future Responsibilities (12+ months)
- Lead sales expansion for hospitality into other geographies
- Drive enterprise-level deals with large hospitality chains and ownership groups
- Develop business with partners to scale Intree’s presence in new markets
- Represent Intree at industry events, panels, and thought-leadership opportunities
- Own revenue targets for hospitality and contribute to international market entry plans
- Work with sales enablement to create outreach and onboarding training materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven B2B sales role
- Experience selling a technical product
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivation and passion for building and refining sales processes
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills
