The ideal candidate must be proficient in knitting techniques, including reading and interpreting knitting patterns and diagrams, assembling stitches, and inspiring new projects. Practical caregiving skills are essential, including assisting with daily activities such as shopping, cleaning, meal preparation, and managing shared food expenses. The assistant should be comfortable guiding and supporting the client during swimming sessions, including helping in changing rooms and in the water, and must not fear water. Competence in using technology is important, with responsibilities including assisting with phone, computer, social media, email, e-Boks, and managing calendars in Excel. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle to accommodate flexible working hours and occasional overnight trips or day outings. The role demands a positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to cover for other helpers during holidays or illness. Non-smoking status is mandatory due to the client's respiratory conditions. Employment is governed by a collective agreement through LOBPA, with remuneration according to state rates. The position is based in Odense NV, with working hours mainly in the mornings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and occasional weekends.
