About the role
- Lead and coordinate R&D projects as a maternity substitute Project Manager at UXV Technologies
- Act as the connecting point between R&D and all company departments
- Report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely for decision making

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage R&D projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive transparency and progress in development teams through backlog management and follow-up
- Collaborate with engineers and specialists to ensure clear goals and priorities
- Maintain and lead a positive work culture within the team
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely communication of status, challenges, and changes
- Support continuous improvement of workflows and development processes in R&D
- Establish new procedures as needed
- Document project status and promote knowledge sharing using project management tools
- Gather and mediate specific needs for the team, providing actionable lists
Requirements
- Relevant project management education within tech, design, or business
- A few years of experience in project management, preferably in R&D or product development
- Hands-on experience with agile frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced, changing environments
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing directions
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and cross-functional team dynamics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly structured approach to work
