The department consists of 35 nurses working in varied functions between outpatient and operating units, emphasizing high professional standards and continuous development. The work schedule includes day shifts, late shifts until 5 pm, and on-call duties from home. - Arbejdstid: dagvagter, senvagter til kl. 17 samt døgnvagter med rådighed fra hjemmet
Om afsnittet
- 35 sygeplejersker med skiftende funktioner i ambulatorie og operationsafsnit
- Diagnosticerer og behandler elektive og akutte patienter i alle aldre med kirurgiske og medicinske sygdomme i øre, næse eller hals
- Inkluderer kræftpakkeforløb for patienter med hoved-halskræft
- Kompleks og afvekslende sygepleje med patienten i centrum
- Korte patientforløb og kontakter
- Fokus på gode kommunikative færdigheder, empati og instrumentel sygepleje
- Professionel sygepleje med høj faglighed og fokus på udvikling
