Responsibilities include translating complex business requirements into scalable solution designs aligned with Salesforce best practices, collaborating across multiple Salesforce clouds (Media Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), and leading workshops and discovery sessions to validate architectural decisions. Strong skills in requirement gathering, customer process mapping, and delivering end-to-end solution roadmaps are essential. The role demands a thorough understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations, including configuration versus customization, security, and scalability considerations. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are critical for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience leading Media Cloud discovery workshops, familiarity with advanced Media Cloud features such as inventory management, forecasting, and analytics, as well as exposure to ad-tech and mar-tech integrations like FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, and Operative. Agile and Scrum delivery experience and relevant Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, Data Architect, Industry Cloud Consultant) are advantageous. Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into solution designs using Salesforce Media Cloud (Ad Sales Management, Campaigns, Contracts, Placements)
- Define and oversee solution architecture, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable Media Cloud solutions
- Guide cross-cloud strategy (Media Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demos to validate design decisions
- Partner with Technical Architect to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation
- Support adoption through documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 7+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience
- 2+ years implementing Salesforce Media Cloud
- Strong experience designing solutions for Ad Sales, Campaign Hierarchies, Media Plans, and Contract Lifecycle Management
- Expertise in Media Cloud data model, workflows, and business processes
- Proven ability to gather requirements, map customer processes, and deliver end-to-end solution roadmaps
- Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limits (configuration vs. customization, security, scalability)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with technical and non-technical audiences
