While experience in Aquaculture or Food & Beverage wastewater is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Responsibilities
Technical Sales and Customer Dialogue
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and transparency
- Understand customer wastewater systems and operational realities
- Translate challenges into clear, technically sound, and economically reasonable solution proposals
- Manage sales processes in a structured and collaborative way
Applied Technical Work
- Act as a technical contact for coagulation and flocculation, phosphorus removal, sludge handling, and water quality optimisation
- Collaborate with internal specialists to adapt solutions to real-world conditions
- Participate in trials, testing, and evaluations when relevant
- Share observations and learnings to support continuous improvement
Markets and Collaboration
- Work with customers across different regulatory and operational contexts
- Follow developments in wastewater treatment and environmental requirements
- Support existing customers and help identify new opportunities
- Take part in customer meetings and selected industry events
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technical solutions, wastewater systems, or process-related challenges
- Enjoy understanding and improving systems step by step
- Prefer collaboration and problem-solving over hard selling
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Interested in working with customers across different countries and contexts
Nice to Have
- Experience in Aquaculture or Food & Beverage wastewater (helpful, but not required)
