Role Summary
- Full-time, permanent remote position
- Focus on B2B or B2C sales in the US market
- Work hours: 6PM IST to 3AM IST (US time zones)
- Weekends off (Saturday/Sunday)
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Generate and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably focused on the US market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of US customer base and buying behaviors
- Self-starter able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in US time zones (or overlapping hours)
