The role involves close collaboration with the technical manager to ensure optimal functioning of both indoor and outdoor hotel facilities, including pools, spas, and saunas. Key responsibilities include routine maintenance of guest rooms and common areas, setup and teardown for conferences and events, outdoor upkeep such as lawn mowing and snow removal, and performing minor repairs and technical tasks. Candidates must demonstrate technical aptitude, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to responsibility. Flexibility to work weekends and a positive attitude in a busy environment are essential. A valid driver's license (category B) is required. While formal education as an electrician, plumber, or similar trade is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Ansvarsområder
- Drift og tilsyn af hotellets faciliteter (pool, spabad, sauna)
- Løbende vedligehold af værelser og fællesområder
- Opstilling og nedtagning til konferencer, selskaber og events
- Græsslåning, udendørs vedligehold og snerydning
- Mindre reparationer og tekniske opgaver
- Samarbejde på tværs af hotellets afdelinger
Krav
- Teknisk snilde og erfaring med praktisk arbejde
- Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar
- Fleksibel og indstillet på weekendarbejde
- Positiv tilgang og trives blandt mange mennesker
- Kørekort B (almindelig bil)
