- Part of Frederiksbjerg Dagtilbud, collaborating with Vuggestuen Marselis Boulevard
Responsibilities
- Work with children in the nursery age group (0-3 years)
- Reflect on your own and colleagues' pedagogical practice
- Structure and organise yourself and others
- Take initiative and show leadership, but also collaborate and follow
- Engage in meaningful cooperation and communication with parents
- Help shape daily routines and contribute to building new traditions
Requirements
- Experience with nursery-aged children (vuggestuealderen)
- Ability to work in a professional, reflective environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain an overview
- Proactive, robust, and able to both lead and follow
- Interest in and commitment to parent collaboration
- If you do not have a Danish pedagogue degree, your international degree must be approved by the Ministry of Education
- Advantage if you understand written and spoken Danish
- Employment subject to a clean child and criminal record check
