Responsibilities
- Granskning og risikovurdering af udbudsmateriale
- Beregning og prissætning af tilbud
- Udarbejdelse af dokumenter som beskrivelser og tidsplaner til tilbudsfasen
- Opfølgning på afgivne tilbud og potentielle ordrer
- Dialog og indhentning af priser fra underleverandører og samarbejdspartnere
- Deltagelse i besigtigelser, kontraktforhandlinger og overdragelse til produktionen
- Efterkalkulation af afsluttede projekter
Requirements
- Struktureret, analytisk stærk og solid talforståelse
- Godt købmandskab og evne til at vurdere og forhandle priser
- Kreativitet og evne til at tænke i utraditionelle løsninger
- Klar og konstruktiv kommunikation på tværs af teams
- Selvstændig, handlekraftig og en god teamspiller med godt humør
Nice to Have
- Byggeteknisk baggrund og gerne erfaring fra lignende stilling
- Fortrolig med IT, erfaren bruger af Word og Excel
- Kendskab til Blue beam og SIGMA (en fordel, ikke et krav)
- Kørekort kategori B
