Role Summary
Lead Toggl’s product organisation through a transformational phase, evolving standalone tools into a unified, modular productivity platform. Drive growth from $20M to $50M ARR by shaping product vision, architecture, and strategy across time tracking, planning, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a bold, cohesive product strategy to drive revenue growth and mission
- Lead the shift from fragmented tools to a unified, modular platform
- Redefine packaging and monetization, moving toward usage-based models
- Identify and pursue upmarket opportunities while supporting SMBs
- Champion lean research and a high-experimentation culture using customer insights and analytics
- Balance data-driven methods with a focus on beautiful customer experiences
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Collaborate with the executive team on go-to-market and revenue strategies
- Be hands-on when necessary, offering direct guidance and mentoring product managers and designers
- Improve execution speed while maintaining high standards and scalable processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS and product-led growth (PLG), ideally at $20M–$50M ARR scale
- Strong product sense and ability to guide teams to execute great products
- Success balancing upmarket expansion with SMB self-serve growth
- Excellent situational leadership skills
- Comfortable with both strategic and tactical aspects of product leadership
- Confident, pragmatic approach to experimentation and learning from outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and rally teams
- Experience with platform unification or product modularisation is a strong plus
