Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for international, export, import, domestic, and cross-country moves
- Maintain close contact with freight forwarders, production and moving crews, assignees, corporate accounts, and pricing team
- Ensure high service levels for internal teams and partners throughout the move process
- Book freight and organize customs clearance
- Track shipments and relocation documentation, ensuring timely delivery to relevant parties
- Respond to client queries according to industry standards
- Update data transparently in the system for each move
Requirements
- Completed HHX or HTX/STX/HF
- Extroverted with strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn about the industry
- Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
- Good IT skills (Office package and/or CMR systems)
- Ambitious, self-starter, and ready to learn
- Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
- Willing to contribute ideas in a flat-level organization
