Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate transaction projects (investments, divestments, corporate development)
- Manage process preparation, due diligence, project alignment, negotiation, and stakeholder communication
- Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, feasibility, and liquidity (OPEX, financing, DCF analysis)
- Use Excel and VBA to build analytical models for project evaluation
- Monitor market trends and developments in renewable energy transactions
- Prepare and present management and board materials
- Contribute to optimising internal processes and frameworks for transaction management
Requirements
- Relevant master’s degree (e.g., finance, economics, engineering)
- 3–6 years’ experience in M&A, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or project development
- Proven experience negotiating larger transactions
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation (Excel, DCF, VBA an advantage)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder processes
- Proactive, self-driven, and accountable
- Fluency in English (Danish an advantage, not required)
