UI/UX Designer

Role Summary

• Responsible for the B2B product experience
• Work closely with the CEO and CTO to shape how large enterprises interact with Flextribe
• Combine strategic thinking and hands-on design
• Define user flows, craft elegant interfaces, and ensure intuitive, fast, data-driven experiences
• Thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment balancing strong UX thinking with sharp UI execution

Responsibilities

• Own the UX and UI design for the B2B part of the platform
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO on product direction, priorities, and execution
• Translate complex enterprise workflows into simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine solutions
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
• Drive design-led insights and experimentation that influence key product decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within SaaS or B2B environments
• Proven ability to handle both UX research and UI design at a high standard
• Strong command of Figma and a modern design workflow
• Mindset that values speed, clarity, and collaboration over heavy processes
• Experience working in agile settings, iterating quickly based on feedback
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain design rationale clearly to executives and engineers
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking and execution
