This UI/UX Designer role focuses on building a B2B SaaS platform from inception within a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong end-to-end design expertise, owning the entire design process from user research through to final implementation. Key competencies include proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma, and experience designing intuitive, self-service user interfaces that support product-led growth (PLG). The role requires designing onboarding flows, activation experiences, and in-app guidance to drive user adoption and retention, with a solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as activation, retention, and feature adoption. The candidate should have experience creating dashboards and data visualizations to present complex information clearly. Collaboration skills are essential, working closely with founders, product leadership, and engineering teams to rapidly iterate and bring ideas to life. The position demands entrepreneurial drive, initiative, and the ability to build design systems and processes from scratch as the company scales. Located in or willing to relocate to Odense, Denmark, the candidate will benefit from a ground-floor opportunity in a venture-backed startup with direct influence on product strategy and company direction.
