Role Summary

  • Be the heartbeat of our user-driven product strategy
  • Work primarily in our Copenhagen office, collaborating with local and remote team members
  • Lead research, drive design, and collaborate to enhance browser-based business reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX and clarify product design direction for business reporting software (early-stage, high impact)
  • Create and iterate wireframes and interactive prototypes (Figma, Sketch, or similar), especially for React UI
  • Conduct user and market research: interviews, usability testing, surveys
  • Turn research insights into actionable feature and design guidance
  • Prepare user journeys, personas, and present findings
  • Champion UX culture in a close-knit, fast-changing environment
  • Excellent support from colleagues and subject-matter experts

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on in UX research AND design for web products
  • Proven experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
  • Great drawing skills and whiteboard ‘leadership’ for group collaboration
  • Knowledge of user research and usability testing practices
  • Self-starter who loves variety and takes ownership
  • Excellent grasp of the English language
  • Natural enthusiasm for our mission

Nice to Have
