Role Summary
- Join Tesla's team in Ringsted as a Vehicle Readiness Specialist

Responsibilities
- Use Tesla software to log and report transportation damages
- Perform technical inspections on all vehicles before delivery
- Ensure vehicles are delivery-ready (license plates, accessories, plastic removal, etc.)
- Move vehicles safely and efficiently between lot and delivery bay
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition
- Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to standard
- Apply protective finishes to vehicle exteriors
- Perform touch-up paint work as needed
- Take on additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Effective communicator in English (read, write, speak)
- Team player; able to work shifts and adapt to changing instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional experience in technical vehicle service and repairs (Automotive or similar industries: Aeronautics, Engines, Electrical, Marine, Aviation, Industrial, or other mechanics)
- Diligent in vehicle inspection prior to delivery
- Prior experience with vehicle detailing, polishing, buffing, and washing preferred
- Valid driver's license: B Almindelig bil
