The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with permanent staff, adhering to established guidelines and organizational structure, is critical. Formal education is not required, but relevant hands-on experience in psychiatric residential care settings is mandatory. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license (category B) to fulfill the role's mobility needs. The position is a temporary, flexible substitute role with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight duties. Familiarity with the target group and the working methods of Løvegård, which emphasizes a holistic, appreciative human approach and cooperation with referring municipalities, is advantageous. Overall, the role demands practical psychiatric care experience, strong relational and observational skills, reliability, and adaptability to shift work in a therapeutic residential environment.

Løvegård ApS søger vikarer til fleksibel deltagelse i den daglige drift og støtte til 8 beboere i alderen 20–45 år. Vikarstillinger med mulighed for skiftende vagter.

Responsibilities
- Støtte beboerne i dagligdagen og den pædagogiske praksis
- Indgå i relationsarbejde med fokus på tryghed og struktur
- Observere trivsel, adfærd og behov
- Deltage i praktiske opgaver og daglig drift
- Samarbejde med fast personale og følge gældende retningslinjer
Requirements
- Kendskab til det psykiatriske område
- Erfaring fra §107- og/eller §108-botilbud
- Forståelse for Løvegårds målgruppe og arbejdsmåde
- Kan arbejde loyalt efter gældende struktur
- Arbejder roligt, ansvarligt og respektfuldt med psykisk sårbare borgere
- Kan arbejde selvstændigt og samarbejde med kollegaer
- Relevant erfaring er en forudsætning (ingen krav om formel uddannelse)
- Kørekort: B (almindelig bil)
