Role Summary
- Join the new bar and lounge area at Admiral Hotel, one of Copenhagen’s most iconic hotels
- Daytime waiter position focused on attentive service, quality, and genuine hospitality
- Serve coffee, light lunches, wine, beer, and simple cocktails in relaxed surroundings
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage department and Events team
- Typical working hours: 06:00–16:00, all days of the week, with work every other weekend
Responsibilities
- Daily opening, setup, and operation of the bar
- Coffee preparation (barista), serving, and guest service
- Prepare simple cocktails and serve wine and beer
- Serve food and clear tables
- Assist with conference tasks (setup, clearing, welcoming guests)
- Create a warm and relaxed atmosphere for hotel guests and locals
Requirements
- Experience as a waiter, preferably with barista experience
- Interest in coffee, simple cocktails, and great hospitality
- Ability to keep a cool head and a warm heart during busy periods
- Thrive in a role requiring both independent responsibility and teamwork
- Fluent English for easy communication with colleagues and guests
