Responsibilities
- Assess and manage incoming warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely payouts
- Work proactively with sales channels to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handle daily warranty administration: update system data, cancel claims, issue credit notes, and manage documentation
- Monitor warranty retrofits and concessions, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements
- Support and optimize digital platforms (SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, internal warranty systems)
- Provide training and support to branches and distributors on warranty processes
- Collaborate within a global team and with Product Technical colleagues
Requirements
- Process-focused and detail-oriented, able to evaluate documentation and make structured decisions
- Strong customer communication skills
- Experience with administrative workflows; familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or SharePoint is ideal
- Fluent in English and Danish (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new digital tools
- Enjoys teamwork and has a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of HVACR or industrial refrigeration
- Technical background (e.g., Marine Engineer, Engineer, or similar)
