Role Summary

• Join the International School of Kalundborg (ISK), Denmark’s second international public school, opening August 2025
• Help build a vibrant, bilingual environment for primary and secondary students (currently grades 0–7, expanding to 8–9)
• Shape school traditions, values, and academic standards in a dynamic, international setting
• Collaboration, flexibility, and a growth mindset are essential

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support students and colleagues in an international learning environment
• Contribute to establishing a new school and its culture

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Highly qualified teacher
• Experience teaching English language and literature (primary and middle school)
• Creative and innovative teaching approach, with 21st-century skills and cultural intelligence
• English mother tongue or equivalent proficiency
• Passion for working with children in an international setting
• Experience with international schools and/or Cambridge International Curriculum is an advantage (not required)
