Candidates should be adept at prioritizing resources to maximize impact, possess marketing acumen with a growth focus, and ideally have B2B marketing experience. Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) is required. Familiarity with platforms like Sitecore and Adobe, sketching skills, and experience with Jira are advantageous. The role supports Danske Bank’s Forward ’28 strategy, emphasizing AI, personalization, and martech trends to transform the business customer website into a sales-driven platform. A bachelor’s degree and strong analytical capabilities complement the senior level of responsibility in managing website governance, operational efficiency, and scaling tools and software.
About the role
Role Summary
- Develop and optimise online user and content experiences for business customers
- Support Danske Bank’s Forward ’28 strategy focused on growth and market share in the Nordics
- Transform the Business Customers website into a growth-oriented, sales-driven platform
- Present products and propositions to diverse business customer segments, from startups to large enterprises
- Collaborate with skilled colleagues in a test-and-learn, data-driven environment
- Join the Strategy Execution and Commercial Excellence team, working closely with Commercial Planners, Data & Analytics, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and other key areas
Responsibilities
- Create and execute web content strategy and plan for the Business Customers website
- Ensure intuitive UX, information architecture, and navigation for seamless user experience
- Enhance SEO and AI visibility to boost organic search traffic and discoverability
- Oversee daily website operations, including content updates
- Track performance and KPIs, delivering actionable insights based on analytics
- Support experimentation and optimisation through A/B testing and CRO
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and specialists
- Oversee tools, platforms, and software supporting website scaling
- Enhance website governance processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in website management with digital marketing tools (content management and optimisation)
- Proficiency in UX best practices, website structure, and information architecture
- Demonstrated experience in SEO and AI optimisation
- Up to date with AI, personalisation, martech, and digital trends
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise resources for maximum impact
- Marketing acumen and growth focus, able to present complex products effectively
- B2B marketing experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
