The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a passion for technology and digital marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to navigate a complex organizational environment and respond flexibly to feedback. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Danish and/or Swedish is a plus. The position is embedded within a dynamic, culturally diverse marketing and communications team focused on engaging Generation Z students and supporting study abroad initiatives in higher education.

Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Maintain site architecture, functionality, and performance of all DIS websites
- Drive and develop SEO strategy, especially for DISabroad.org, to improve search performance and expand traffic
- Customize, configure, and manage analytics and insights platforms (primarily GA4), Tag Manager, and dashboards
- Identify emerging trends to keep websites current and innovative
- Collaborate with external web agency to enhance and develop sites and implement new features
Requirements
- Experience in operational maintenance of multiple websites and their CMS (ideally WordPress and Gutenberg Editor)
- Knowledge of information architecture and user experience optimization
- Ability to report and utilize analytics to drive web strategy (GA4, Tag Manager, cross-domain/platform tracking)
- Experience in SEO strategy development and execution
- Familiarity with basic web development languages (HTML, CSS)
- Understanding of privacy, data, and cookie regulation
- Experience collaborating with content editors and optimizing complex web content
- 1–3 years of experience in website marketing preferred
