The candidate must be flexible, structured, result-oriented, and curious, with the ability to travel to Sweden multiple times annually. Experience in SaaS or fast-paced, high-growth environments is advantageous but not required. The position involves delivering product demos, webinars, attending events, and building new business relationships. Collaboration with Sales Development Representatives to prioritize leads and meet key performance indicators is also a critical responsibility. Overall, the role suits a motivated sales professional capable of working within an international, dynamic team to expand market presence and achieve new business growth targets.

Role Summary
- Key role in expanding Scrive’s presence in the Norwegian market

Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and inbound inquiries
- Develop a strong sales pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects and maintaining consistent outreach
- Engage with various stakeholders, including Sales, Legal, and IT executives
- Manage the full sales process, involving internal resources such as Implementation Specialists, Project Managers, and Legal experts
- Hold product demos and webinars, attend events, and build new relationships and business opportunities
- Ensure delivery against key performance metrics, focusing on new business and targeting new accounts
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to prioritise leads and meet KPIs
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in complex solution selling
- Ability to travel to Sweden at least 4 times per year
- Fluency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
