Normative is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm. We help companies understand and reduce their carbon footprints on their journey to Net Zero through science-based carbon accounting products and expert advice. Join us to make a real positive impact on the climate.
Role Summary
As an Account Manager in the Nordics, you will work closely with customers to drive change and support their journey to Net Zero.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow your book of business through customer discovery and engagement
- Interpret customer requirements to help them meet business objectives through Normative
- Conduct commercial discussions and identify growth and upsell opportunities
- Help customers understand Normative and drive interest in additional products and services
- Lead customer initiatives to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Climate Strategy, Sales, Product, Marketing) to embed the customer voice in our strategy
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & native Swedish
- Experience in account management or similar roles, supporting customers from onboarding to renewal
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and contacts with strong prioritization skills
- Extensive experience in SaaS customer management, with strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated history of delivering and exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to work autonomously and build your own processes
- Proficient in Salesforce

Location
- Based in Stockholm office 3 days a week
- No relocation or VISA support available for this position
