Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and conceptualisation of creative projects, ensuring alignment with client brand objectives
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and present design concepts effectively
- Define the visual style, aesthetics, and design elements for projects while ensuring consistency across platforms
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of designers and creative professionals
- Oversee project execution, maintaining quality standards and adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements
- Native Swedish or English speaker (native Swedes must have strong English skills)
- 5+ years of art direction experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Strong portfolio of creative campaigns and design work across multiple channels
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for high-quality work
