Role Summary
Join Novo Nordisk’s largest-ever investment project (DKK 42 billion expansion) and help shape the future of global API manufacturing. This on-site role offers hands-on influence and the chance to accelerate your project management career in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Project Corporate Vice President (PCVP) and project management team
- Act as a key link between stakeholders
- Drive executive-level reporting to high standards
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and coordination of project deliverables
- Develop and prepare executive information for critical decision-making
- Collaborate with the PCVP on all aspects of project delivery
- Own executive-level reporting to groups such as the investment portfolio group (IPG) and steering group (StG)
- Contribute to key business processes, linking overall strategy to the project
- Manage strategic initiatives within the project
- Consolidate reporting from sub-projects and define/distribute reporting standards
- Manage stakeholders across Novo Nordisk, including project, production, and external partners

- Part of PS API Expansions, anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT)
- Responsible for designing, planning, and building major API Expansion projects
- Focus on multi-product facilities, state-of-the-art technology, and sustainable, high-quality solutions

Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration, or similar field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management or similar function
- Structured approach with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prepare compelling reports and presentations for diverse audiences
- Experience in senior management support roles preferred
- Interest in learning technical aspects of project management is advantageous
- Fluency in written and spoken English
