Role Summary
As Associate Director, you will drive Target Product Profile (TPP) development for early assets within a specific therapeutic area and lead project valuations for major business opportunities. You will conduct long-term forecasts (LTF) and ensure senior management endorsement.
Responsibilities
- Develop sustainable product development strategies and challenge assumptions for new products
- Conduct project risk assessments and translate risks into actionable insights for valuations and portfolios
- Manage long-term forecasting (LTF) by gathering and challenging core assumptions, preparing 10-year sales forecasts, and developing key scenarios
- Provide robust decision-making support to brands and senior management through insightful analyses and market scenarios
- Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with affiliates, regions, and key stakeholders
- Optimize and improve processes, ensuring best practices and clear documentation of deliverables

Join the Commercial Excellence & Strategic Planning team, enabling the future success of Rare Disease. The department is dynamic and collaborative, focused on strategic impact and growth. You will be part of a newly created team of four employees split between Søborg and Zürich.
Requirements
