- Tilbudsgivning, beregning, byggestyring og projektstyring af saunaprojekter
- Fokus på kvalitet og kundetilpassede løsninger
- Base på hovedkontoret i Søften, indgår i salgsteamet
- Ansvar for teknisk beregning og projektstyring fra skitse til færdig opførelse
Responsibilities
- Dokumentere best practise for byggeprojekter
- Udarbejde tilbud og ordrer med rettidig omhu og godt købmandsskab
- Udarbejdelse af tekniske tegninger og materialebeskrivelser
- Beregning og dimensionering ift. konstruktion, ventilation, strøm og isolering
- Rådgivning om materialevalg og tekniske løsninger tilpasset kundens behov
- Koordinering med håndværkere og leverandører under udførelse
- Projektstyring og opfølgning på kvalitet, økonomi og tidsplan
- Bidrage til løbende optimering af standardiserede løsninger og dokumentation
Requirements
- Uddannet bygningskonstruktør, byggetekniker, tømrer eller lignende (kompetencer vægtes højere end diplomer)
- Erfaring med AutoCAD eller lignende tegneprogram
- Teknisk indsigt og erfaring med projektstyring
- Forståelse for eller viden om krav til sikkerhedsregulativer, kvalitetskrav og slutdokumentation og tegninger
- Kan arbejde selvstændigt og struktureret med mange projekter ad gangen
- Sans for både funktion og æstetik
- Kommunikerer klart og professionelt med både kolleger og kunder
- Kørekort: B Almindelig bil
