The role demands proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools, specifically HubSpot CRM and BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, alongside advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and dashboard creation. The position involves building and maintaining data-driven revenue forecasts and dashboards, ensuring commercial visibility by integrating financial data with operational teams and systems. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to balance strategic insights and operational details. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required to collaborate effectively within the hybrid Stockholm-based work environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and executive leadership, driving financial control and commercial scaling in a global SaaS scale-up. Responsibilities
- Ensure Camphouse operates with full commercial visibility by connecting numbers, systems, and teams
- Build and maintain data-driven revenue forecasts and dashboards (ARR, pipeline, conversion, retention)
- Partner with Finance and GTM leaders for accurate reporting, efficient processes, and strong performance management
- Lead variance and scenario analyses to guide investment and growth decisions
- Drive data governance and automation
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in finance, business controlling, or revenue operations
- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Sales Efficiency, CAC:LTV)
- Proven ability to connect financial control with commercial enablement
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel/Sheets
- Analytical, structured, and hands-on; able to move between strategy and operational detail
- Fluent in Swedish and English
