Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product marketing, growth management (CRM and outreach tools), and partner agencies for paid media and design projects is part of the role. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Amplemarket, Canva, Riverside, Slack, Crossbeam, and Navattic is advantageous. The position is a 10-month fixed-term contract based in Stockholm, involving a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week. - Based in Stockholm; three in-office days per week
- Part of the Growth Team, reporting to the VP Marketing & Partnerships (primarily remote)
- Mission: Strengthen and streamline digital presence, rebuild website management, and elevate social channels for reach, engagement, and lead generation
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the WordPress website (structure, templates, design, technical performance)
- Bring website management in-house and create a modular, scalable system for the Growth team
- Lead ongoing SEO efforts for strong organic visibility and optimization for modern search trends (including generative AI)
- Develop and execute content strategy for LinkedIn and YouTube to drive reach and engagement
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Web Management, or Owned Channel roles (ideally B2B SaaS)
- Expert knowledge of WordPress and Elementor, with hands-on experience in modular templates and content structures
- Proven track record in technical and on-page SEO
- Experience managing and growing LinkedIn and YouTube channels
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Results-oriented mindset with understanding of channel performance and marketing KPIs (Leads, MQLs, SQLs)
