About the role

Role Summary

  • Play a key role in shaping the future of B2B at Scandlines
  • Drive implementation and execution of the 2030 strategy
  • Transform how Scandlines works with customers, data, and strategic projects
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization
  • Support the ambition to develop the fastest and greenest corridor connecting Scandinavia with the European continent

Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for Scandlines’ 2030 strategy for B2B in collaboration with the SVP, Head of B2B Sales
  • Drive implementation through annual action plans, ongoing adjustments, and performance tracking
  • Execute strategic projects across the B2B organization using a LEAN-based approach
  • Shape project definitions, develop business cases, manage stakeholders, and ensure project progress
  • Co-create key strategic elements of the 2030 strategy with a focus on business impact and customer satisfaction
  • Support product development by qualifying innovation ideas and refining existing projects and processes
  • Be part of day-to-day performance management to drive transparency, alignment, and measurable success
  • Collaborate with all parts of the organization, including B2C, Marketing & Digital Transformation, IT, and Finance
  • Report to the SVP Head of B2B Sales

Requirements

  • Experience developing and driving strategy processes, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Strong commercial mindset and confidence working collaboratively across functions
  • Background in structured project development and management, including relevant project tools (ideally LEAN)
  • Interest in working analytically with insights and data
  • Professional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to communicate clearly, drive tasks forward, and find pragmatic solutions

Nice to Have

  • Experience in freight or logistics
  • Experience from consulting or other commercially focused roles
