About Us
- Millennial Consulting is a junior management consultancy.
- We provide strategy consulting to startups and SMEs by connecting them with ambitious students and recent graduates for two-month projects.
- Supported by external mentors from firms like Deloitte, PwC, DYNACAP, BearingPoint, and Round.
- Some student consultants and leadership team members have moved on to professional consulting roles.
- Currently expanding our Business Development department for an ambitious 2026.
Role Summary
- Join Millennial's Management to help accelerate the growth of Millennial Consulting.
- Bridge student consultants from universities around Copenhagen with local startups and SMEs.
- Work with 4-6 other students/recent graduates in the Business Development department.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and consulting partners for Student Consultant Projects.
- Reach out to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate prices and contracts.
- Follow up on contacts and foster relationships.
- Scope strategic projects for Student Consultant Projects.
Requirements
- Motivated student at a university in Denmark (recent graduates also welcome).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and project management experience.
- Interest in strategy, sales, start-ups, SMEs, and/or management consulting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team player who enjoys working in a diverse team.
- Curious and eager to share creative ideas and strategies.

Additional Information
