- Millennial Consulting is a junior management consultancy.
- We provide strategy consulting to startups and SMEs by connecting them with ambitious students and recent graduates for two-month projects.
- Supported by external mentors from leading consultancies (Deloitte, PwC, DYNACAP, BearingPoint, Round).
- Some student consultants and leadership team members have progressed to larger consultancies.
- Currently expanding our HR department for an ambitious 2026.
Role Summary
- Join as an Operations Specialist to help accelerate Millennial Consulting's growth.
- Bridge student consultants from various Danish universities with local startups and SMEs.
- Support your team and contribute across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection
- Drafting and publishing job posts
- CV screening, shortlisting, candidate communication, and conducting interviews
- Onboarding new management members
- Preparing onboarding materials and guiding new members
- Collecting and updating documentation (contracts, agreements, NDAs)
- HR administration and record keeping
- Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting compliance
- Handling HR ad hoc tasks as needed
- Supporting and organizing employee engagement and culture initiatives (e.g., social events, recognition activities)
- Collaborating with Operations, Communications, and Business Development teams
- Participating in management team knowledge-sharing sessions and training
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate from a university in Denmark
- Experience or interest in recruitment and project management
- Interest in start-ups, SMEs, and/or management consulting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proactive and willing to suggest process improvements
- Team player who enjoys working in a diverse team
