Responsibilities
- Financial management, including monthly financial reporting, vendor and staffing forecasts, cost analysis, extension, and registration
- Support or drive strategic processes (e.g., Annual Business Reviews)
- Staff cost projections and tracking staff capacity pipeline (HR)
- Support drafting and measuring KPIs with internal support teams
- Prepare presentations to help shape the tribe's strategic agenda
- Drive or support projects based on individual interests
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, strategy/organisation, HR, economics, or similar
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, project management, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Structured, analytical approach to problem solving
- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
- Interest in understanding processes, work practices, and driving progress
