Responsibilities
- Leverage customer and competitor insights to develop compelling sales materials
- Identify and resolve or escalate impediments in the business development process
- Prospect and set presentations with potential clients via email, phone, direct mail, and LinkedIn
- Create and manage testing, evaluation, and performance feedback processes
- Provide consumer research expertise to internal partners and senior leaders
- Lead research design, execution, and delivery of insights using various measurement sources
- Engage in outbound activity using best-in-class software and tactics
- Track and manage sales activities in CRM system
- Communicate customer needs with software developers, managers, and executives
- Submit orders for sales processing
- Negotiate service agreements and product prices with customers
- Advise customers on technical matters regarding software options
- Develop understanding of partner business dynamics to strengthen relationships
- Influence senior leaders on storytelling and marketing recommendations
- Evaluate industry trends and engage the right partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement
- Develop business strategies for growth and competitive success
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in business development using a CRM
- At least 2 years of experience with Enterprise SaaS Sales
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of experience with Salesforce, Databricks, or other cloud-related technology sales platforms
- 5+ years of experience in business development using a CRM
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake
- 3+ years of experience with Enterprise SaaS Sales
- Ability to influence, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
