Role Summary
- Serve as Chief of Staff to the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO)
- Central role in a multidisciplinary team (hardware, software, design, product, AI)
- Influence planning, collaboration, and communication across teams
- Develop systems and ways of working for a fast-moving environment
- Help shape the foundation for Veo’s long-term ambitions
Responsibilities
- Shape Engineering and Product planning cycles; ensure OKRs and priorities are clear and aligned
- Establish and run the operating rhythm for Builders' leadership
- Drive organisational design, growth planning, promotions, and performance reviews with People, Finance, and partners
- Craft materials and narratives for leadership forums, board updates, cross-functional reviews, and Engineering All-Hands
- Surface risks, dependencies, and emerging issues across teams; facilitate resolution
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment by sharing expectations, priorities, and decisions
- Contribute to a collaborative working culture across Builders
Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, management consulting, or Chief of Staff-type roles
- Ideally, experience in SaaS or tech organisations, working closely with Engineering or Product leaders
- Ability to build trust and work effectively across levels and disciplines
- Strong judgment and high emotional intelligence
- Experience partnering with technical leaders and familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
