Community Events & Experience Manager

Role Summary

• Lead a team of Event Coordinators in Copenhagen
• Focus on designing meaningful, brand-aligned experiences
• Reimagine event strategy to align with company mission and the city's culture
• Create gatherings that resonate with Copenhagen’s needs
• Guide the team with positivity and creative vision

Responsibilities

• Redesign the events plan to meet business goals and audience needs
• Create emotionally resonant experiences with meaningful takeaways
• Lead and empower a team of energetic Event Coordinators
• Translate ideas into action, ensuring flawless execution
• Build connection through purposeful events (workshops, networking mixers, speaker events)
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Community teams
• Represent the company’s mission in Copenhagen, fostering belonging and offline connection

Requirements

• Experience in event management or team leadership (formal or informal)

• Based in Copenhagen, attuned to its culture and people
• Flexible with some evening/weekend availability
• Native to near-native English proficiency
