About the role

Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Scale community initiatives: Develop and roll out repeatable concepts to strengthen the host community across markets
  • Collaborate on pitch cycles: Contribute to research, prototyping, testing, and delivery
  • Plan and host events & workshops: Design and execute mainly online, and sometimes in-person, events to build relationships and pride among hosts
  • Build meaningful relationships at scale: Balance one-to-one empathy with one-to-many thinking
  • Write with warmth and clarity: Craft host communications (emails, invites, guides, flows) that educate, motivate, and feel genuinely human
  • Support community operations: Work with a student helper to handle practicalities like preparing materials, coordinating shipments, and ensuring details are right

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of relevant experience (community building, brand activation, experience design, or similar)
  • Empathetic and operationally sharp: Able to build, structure, and scale strong relationships
  • Fluent in Danish and English (bonus for Norwegian, Swedish, French, Italian, or Spanish)
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working in a fast-paced, pitch-driven environment
