About the role

Role Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join Landfolk as our new HR Manager and help shape how we work, grow, and thrive together.

As HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in running smooth HR operations and shaping the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle – from hiring and onboarding to everyday support and office management.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding across teams
  • Manage employment contracts
  • Maintain HR policies, processes, and employee handbook
  • Handle everyday HR questions, administration, and reporting
  • Contribute to HR projects within performance, policies, learning, and development
  • Own day-to-day office administration
  • Strengthen workplace culture and help create a great working environment
  • Support events, travel planning, and other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant experience in a similar HR role
  • Known for being structured, empathetic, and reliable
  • Enjoy supporting others and making things work behind the scenes
  • HR education or experience in an HR administrative role (ideal)
  • Experience with onboarding and employee administration (ideal)
  • Care deeply about workplace culture and the employee journey (ideal)
  • Thrive in a role that balances people support with operational responsibility (ideal)
