About the role
- Join the DIS Custom Programs Department as part of a dynamic international team
- Plan, book, and execute academically and logistically solid study tour and custom program itineraries for students
- Daily contact with faculty, staff, and students
- Perform a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and Danish public holidays
- Full-time, entry-level position based in Copenhagen or Stockholm
- Report to the Manager of Custom Programs
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics to ensure successful custom programs
- Cooperate closely with academic programs in planning custom programs
- Book social and cultural components of study tours in cooperation with academic and logistics teams
- Prepare study tour leader/faculty materials and logistical information
- Handle administrative tasks, including contact with faculty, staff, and students regarding logistics, payments, and service-related issues
- Chaperone and assist faculty on custom program field studies
Requirements
