Customer Service specialist (German speaking)

Role Summary

• Full-time position in Freetrailer’s Customer Service team near Østerport S-station
• Work includes weekdays, weekends, and evenings
• Join a team of 30+ colleagues focused on delivering excellent customer experiences

Responsibilities

• Direct customer contact via phone, email, and chat
• Ensure company goals are met at all times
• Provide top customer service to ensure happy and satisfied customers

Requirements

• Passion for delivering the best possible service across different channels
• Ability to work in a structured way and maintain availability for customers
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Experience with customer service (call center experience is a plus)
• Good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
• Professional level in either Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, or Swedish
