About the role

Role Summary

Join Freetrailer as a Customer Success Manager and help build long-term relationships with partners in Denmark. You will ensure partner loyalty, manage both new and existing partners, and play a key role in our international expansion. The role requires proactive communication, a customer-centric approach, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners through regular communication, training, and support
  • Proactively manage your customer portfolio throughout the entire customer journey
  • Become an expert in Freetrailer products and processes, and train partners accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Tech teams
  • Host digital kick-off webinars for new partners
  • Develop and share best practices to improve team processes, quality, and efficiency
  • Maintain Freetrailer’s high level of partner satisfaction
  • Monitor and improve KPIs that measure partner success
  • Ensure close collaboration with suppliers
  • Share partner insights and operational information across teams

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and comfortable with English; knowledge of Dutch or other Scandinavian languages is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to handle difficult conversations professionally and solution-oriented
