About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers in Denmark and the wider region
  • Build trusted relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion

  • Translate customers’ business goals into success plans
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with Sales
  • Monitor customer health and address renewal risks proactively
  • Collect feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams
  • Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles in SaaS, technology, or related industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English; Danish is a plus
  • Ability to explain complex solutions simply and value-driven
  • Proactive, hands-on, and strong problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM and customer success tools
