Customer Success Manager (Swedish and English Speaking)

Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through onboarding and help them achieve value with Eletive
  • Act as the primary point of contact, advocate for customer needs, and provide feedback to internal teams
  • Conduct regular health checks and strategic planning to evaluate progress, offer recommendations, and address churn risks
  • Partner with Product and Account Management teams to align on customer needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on Eletive products and best practices, sharing insights with the team

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, service-minded, and passionate about customer relationships
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple simultaneous projects and solving customer problems
  • Responsive and open to giving and receiving feedback
  • Team player, enthusiastic about contributing to a thriving work environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
